Drew and Conner saved the day with no more cold showers, by fixing our hot water heater. I contacted LEGACY shortly before 8 am, and they were at our house within a few hours after I called. Very professional, explained the process and even made sure they were okay to park in the driveway so as to not interfere with my parking.
