LEGACY is a Flat Rate Transparent Organization. Why Flat Rate?

  1. PREDICTABILITY: You know the total cost of a project or service call upfront, which allows for better budgeting and financial planning. In contrast, a Time & Material model can lead to unpredictable costs and expenses.
  2. COST SAVINGS: Flat Rate pricing often leads to cost savings for the customer because it incentivizes our team to work more efficiently and effectively. With Time & Material, the service provider may have a financial incentive to work more slowly or to use more resources than necessary.
  3. NO SURPRISE BILLS: Flat rate pricing eliminates the possibility of unexpected expenses or bills at the end of a project. Everything is quoted and approved upfront. If an unforeseen issue arises we will requote so there are no surprises. Time & Material customers may be shocked to receive a large bill at the end of a project due to unforeseen circumstances or extra work.
  4. AWESOME COMMUNICATION: Flat Rate pricing improves communication between us and our customers because it allows for a clear understanding of what is included in the service call and what is not. Time & Material often leads to disagreements over what work was actually performed and how much time was spent on it.

Folks…while running errands last night, I received a call from my wife that no man ever wants to hear. No, they didn’t cancel Bachelor in Paradise; instead, I was told that our kitchen sink was leaking. And there was an awful smell accompanying the leak. It smelled like somebody was incubating rotten eggs in a poopy diaper. Bad. That bad? Yes. Luckily, this wasn’t my first rodeo in dealing with putrid plumbing smells. I knew exactly what to do. I called my homies over at Legacy Plumbing! Within 3 hours of me calling, Tyler Smith showed up with a superhero cape on. I have had nothing but excellent service from Legacy. Our contractor brought Cole and Josh in from Legacy to do plumbing as part of a redo of our kitchen due to water damage. I was thrilled to learn that Legacy also does furnace and air conditioning checks and repairs. Last week Connor checked out my furnace. Today Shawn (I hope I spelled your name correctly) put in a new sump pump for me. Earlier, Josh fixed a whole house filter. I am now on a schedule to have all of those things taken care of by a company I trust. They all double check their work, they are honest, professional ,and very competent. I tried to install a new sink at my house and almost had it. Until I realized the sink would not fit. Haha. We called LEGACY, and Josh came to our house last night. He was there until 2:30 am getting the job done. He was respectful and quiet and did a fantastic job getting our sink installed and the garbage disposal and dishwasher up and going again. He made sure there was no leaking and cleaned up after himself. He even asked me if I was satisfied with the cleaning with the work he did. Chandler and the team came quickly with a water heater issue leak the same day. They not only changed out the bad valve they quickly identified but explained to drain it each year for proper maintenance and drained it. At the same time, they did a check on the sump pump and noted it had failed (April spring thaw time) and battery backup was no good either so essentially we were going to flood shortly. They thoroughly explained options and were not high-pressure. We went with a pump that can be plugged in, wifi connection, and backup. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough – great, professional & knowledgeable! Will do business with you again.

It’s seemingly impossible feat to have only 5 star reviews but they have 929, now 930 of them. I’ve seen them out in the community in a variety of ways and remembered them for that reason. It all made my branding + customer experience heart happy! And no, they are not a client of mine.
